About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Mirus Aircraft Seating. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of lean manufacturing cells to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and tools.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement to optimize manufacturing performance.
  • Work closely with production staff to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering with a strong background in lean manufacturing and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of personal accountability and a strong bias for action.
