As a key member of our Events Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the delivery of events, including weddings, functions, corporate, community, and production events
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests have an unforgettable experience
- Support the Events Operations Manager in managing event logistics, including supplier coordination and communication
- Deputise for the Events Operations Manager as required, taking charge of event delivery and ensuring smooth execution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the venues, including any restrictions, rules, or limitations
- Liaise with suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services
- Act as first aid and fire marshal, providing critical support in emergency situations
- Proven experience in event management, with a strong track record of delivering successful events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, staff, clients, and members of the public
- Ability to work independently and lead from the front, with a passion for creating unforgettable events
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Hold a full manual UK driving license
