We are seeking a skilled and experienced Curriculum Manager to lead our education department in a prison setting. The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification and recent experience in education, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the education department, including managing staff and resources. A strong understanding of educational principles and practices is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the curriculum in an innovative and effective format, utilizing their expertise to enhance the educational experience. A competitive salary of up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, is offered. The location is in Devon, providing a great balance between work and personal life.
