Job Title: Hospitality Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our team at Topgolf. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling, leading, and managing a team of Bayhosts, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage a team of Bayhosts, ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless guest experience.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment, ensuring we have everything needed to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest reservations and bay assignments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards and maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Train Bayhosts in safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety and health regulations, ensuring the well-being of all staff and guests.
- Continuously improve the guest experience through innovative ideas and process enhancements, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or guest service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing demands, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service, with a focus on exceeding expectations and building loyalty.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols, with the ability to implement and enforce these in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus, but not essential.

Requirements:
You will be required to provide a valid Proof of Right to Work in the UK, which can be a valid Passport, Birth Certificate, and National Insurance Documentation, or another form of valid right to work documentation. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 6 months work eligibility available on the right to work documentation provided.
