Job Overview
City Year is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Schools Coordinator (Impact Officer) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with partner schools, supporting the delivery of our programme and making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities
As a Schools Coordinator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with school staff, volunteers, and pupils. Your primary focus will be on delivering our programme, which aims to address educational inequality through social action. You will work closely with our volunteer mentors, providing support and guidance to ensure their success.

Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong supervision skills are essential, as well as the ability to understand school leadership priorities and adapt your approach to meet the needs of volunteers and pupils. Flexibility, problem-solving, and IT knowledge are also key requirements.
