About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Restaurant Assistant Manager team at Burger King. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and maintain a high-energy, fast-paced environment that supports our crew members in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Own and manage your Profit and Loss (P&L) to drive sales growth while controlling costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
