We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Service Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. As a key member of our person-centered services, you will support the Service Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our supported living services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and induct new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality support.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and maintain their skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with training and practice.
  • Lead on the review and implementation of support planning, risk assessment, and outcome-based support using our What Matters Most app.
  • Monitor and maintain key performance indicators and quality standards, ensuring the service meets the required standards.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and completion of management reporting systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support the team in maintaining health and safety and maintenance of the service environment, as required.
