TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video with headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore. Our goal is to provide seamless experiences for businesses through our advertising solutions. We are a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London, and multiple US locations.

As a Digital Product Specialist, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for advertising solutions in Europe. You will collaborate closely with in-market sales, headquarter product and local product marketing teams in a high growth environment. To be successful, you must have experience working in digital marketing/media, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a temporary position (12 months) based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's Branding solutions.
  • Collaborate with Global product teams and local market to define the product positioning and go-to-market strategy for TikTok's Ads Branding products in Europe.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Activation team to help spread the regional product narrative across Europe and drive industry-wide recognition through collaboration with marketing and PR.
  • Collect product feedback and market intelligence to act as the voice-of-customer for product teams, guiding and helping prioritise upstream development to shape future measurement solutions.
  • Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.

Main Objectives:

  • Own products GTM and adoption for TikTok's branding advertising solutions, in EUI, specifically for Brand our planning solutions and upper funnel products.
  • Develop sales enablement strategy and partner closely with our global and local teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven years of experience working within media in a product management or product marketing capacity (5+ years of experience)
- Strong knowledge of the Branding ecosystem.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
