Civil Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team at CapeClarke Limited. As a reputable law firm, we provide expert legal services with a focus on client satisfaction and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a caseload of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on diminution cases, salvage, and vehicle repossession.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their legal position and options.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and ensure the most effective legal strategies are employed.
  • Work closely with colleagues and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with circa 3 years' PQE in civil litigation (guideline PQE - all applications welcome)
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong advocacy skills with the ability to represent clients effectively in court.
