Job Title: Specialist CAMHS ED DietitianLocation: Wiltshire

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to work with our client in Wiltshire. As a Specialist CAMHS ED Dietitian, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, formulating and implementing care plans, and providing treatment as necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions.
  • Formulating and implementing care plans.
  • Providing treatment as necessary.
  • Using evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date department records in line with professional standards.
  • Staying current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the HCPC in the UK as a Dietitian.
  • Previous experience as a Dietitian either in the UK or overseas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
