Job Summary
The Vehicle Parts Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers. This role involves ordering parts from internal and external sources, picking and packing parts, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing expert advice and assistance with parts orders.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery or customer collection.
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.

Requirements
  • A minimum of previous experience in a similar environment or role is essential.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • An understanding of motor vehicle parts is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MAM software (training provided) is preferred.
