Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting accurate market appraisals and valuations
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancies
  • Maximizing branch income and profitability
Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Bridgfords, you will need:

  • Estate agency experience, preferably in lettings or sales
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy, including MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license
