Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

OTE: £24,000-£26,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic residential Lettings team in Knaresborough.

Main Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to generate and book valuations, while conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations, which will lead to instructed properties. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Requirements
  • Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent looking for progression
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
