Job Description

FS1 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Partnership Development Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong corporate relationships, driving growth, and supporting the membership and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Lead engagement efforts to retain corporate affiliates and explore opportunities for upgrades.
  • Business Development: Share product and service insights to meet each partner's goals.
  • Event Planning: Assist business development with planning events, articles, and sector-focused activities.
  • CRM Expertise: Act as the team's CRM expert and provide reports when needed.
  • Administrative Support: Support invoicing and payment tracking while keeping the corporate hub updated with events and resources.
  • Event Hosting: Help organise and occasionally host corporate events, meetings, and webinars.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create graphs, pivot tables, and manipulate data.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with experience using Salesforce and web-based communication platforms.
  • Database Management: Proficient in database management and maintaining a high standard of written English.
  • Time Management: Capable of planning and organising workload effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative team player who works well with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: An innovative problem-solver, able to take ownership of tasks and build strong internal and external relationships.
