Relief Lodge Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a flexible role with a high level of social interaction.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related field. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, providing exceptional customer service to owners, and working closely with the sales team to facilitate social events and support customer viewings.
About Us
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation. We manage over 200 developments nationally, overseeing more than 8,000 apartments and providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance of the property and ensure the building remains safe and secure.
- Provide exceptional customer service to owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate social events and support customer viewings.
- Administer the office, arrange contractors, and comply with health and safety checks and standards.
