CNC Grinder Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced CNC Grinder to join our team at Holt Engineering, a leading engineering firm specialising in precision manufacturing and advanced engineering solutions. Our modern facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology, enabling us to provide a comprehensive range of services, from design and prototyping to full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work to very fine tolerances, ideally to single-digit microns.
  • Confidently programme CNC Grinders.
  • A background in Manual Grinding is a bonus but not essential.
  • Comfortable working to technical drawings.
  • Experience within an aerospace, defence, nuclear, air bearing or similar industry.
  • Inspect your work.
  • Conduct regular maintenance of the machines.
