About the Role:


We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Senior Food Service Director who will oversee all food service operations for One Retail on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.


About You:



  • You will have a minimum of two years of experience in food service management.
  • You will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You will be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities:



  2. To oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service teams, including managing inventory, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
  3. To ensure that our food service teams meet or exceed our customer service standards and expectations.
  4. To maintain a positive brand image and represent One Retail at all times.
  5. To identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. To liaise with our culinary and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  7. To support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
  8. To implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all food service teams.

Requirements:



  • A minimum of two years of experience in food service management.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate your team.
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a desire to upskill and progress your career.
