Job Title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Hotel Du Vin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our bar and restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy and attention to detail.
