Job Title: Team Leader Recruitment Day

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Recruitment Day team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment staff and ensuring that all recruitment activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of recruitment staff to achieve recruitment targets
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including shortlisting, interviewing, and making job offers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Provide coaching and guidance to recruitment staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices
