Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Support Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of care professionals to ensure they are providing high-quality care services to clients.
  • Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and support visits with care staff to ensure they are meeting the needs of clients and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Carry out care certificate touchpoints and observations to ensure the quality and safety of care services.
  • Visit clients to enhance relationships, conduct needs assessments, update care plans, and match clients with suitable care staff.
  • Work closely with the office team to ensure seamless service provision and effective communication with clients and care staff.
  • Participate in the 24/7/365 on-call rota and visit clients when necessary to ensure continuity of care services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering home care services and supervising a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, care staff, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional care services and making a positive impact on the lives of clients.
