About the RoleAs a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and organization of daily routes for all drivers, ensuring efficient use of driver, vehicle, and asset resources. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, managing manpower requirements, and providing strategic direction across the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a busy transport planning role or a similar role
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C (or equivalent)
- Great customer service skills and an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Adaptability and the ability to work on your own initiative

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with flexibility required regarding hours of work.
