Transportation Coordinator

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our transport team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely routes and address any issues that may arise.
- Report any problems to the Planner/Management team and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Manage driver hours and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prioritize workload and assist with routing and planning of vehicles to meet customer expectations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
We are looking for an experienced Transport Planner who has a proven track record of working in a similar role. Experience in UK, Irish, and European work would be advantageous. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
