SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support our students with Special Educational Needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to students with SEND, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals
* Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Psychology Graduate with experience working with students with SEND
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Commitment to providing high-quality support and guidance to students
What We Offer:
* Estimated annual salary: £26,000 - £31,000
