Are you a skilled chef looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Care Home Chef to join our team at Go To Outsourcing.

About the Role:

  • We require a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our care home kitchen team.
  • As a Care Home Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals to our residents.
  • You will need to have excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a head chef in a care setting is essential.
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience working with special dietary requirements and be able to cater for individuals with specific needs.

Requirements:

  • 12+ months experience as a head chef in a care setting.
  • Chef certification or extensive experience cooking English-based food and running kitchens.
  • Ability to cook for large groups (30+ people) in one sitting.
  • Experience working with fresh produce and traditional English dishes.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.50-£18.00 per hour (mid-week) and £16-£21 per hour (weekends).

  • An estimated salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
