Main Responsibilities:

We're looking for a highly skilled Head Bartender to join our team at Hyde. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, training bartenders, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide guidance and direction to the bar team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and maintain our unique cocktail menu, ensuring consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to create harmonious drink and food pairings.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the bar area and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Head Bartender with strong spirits knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
