About the Position

We are seeking a Clinical Speech and Language Professional to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs.

You will work closely with educational and residential staff to create therapeutic living and learning environments, conducting clinical assessments and formulating individualized interventions for each young person. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to educational and residential staff
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Registered Speech and Language Therapist with the HCPC
  • Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs
