This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to contribute to our success story. As a Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance product quality, based on customer requirements and industry best practices.
* Investigating quality issues related to manufactured products, purchased parts, and customer complaints, using root cause analysis and problem-solving tools.
* Ensuring that customer feedback and fulfillment meet the highest standards of service, by owning the RMA process.

What You Need
To succeed in this role, you should have:

* A minimum of five years' experience working in a similar manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of Quality and Process management tools and methodology, including 5S/6S, flowcharts, VSM, Kaizen, Pareto, QCPC, 8D, Cause & Effect, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant Quality professional qualification.
* Proven experience with continuous improvement tools and techniques, and a structured, organized approach to work.
