Polaris SEN Teaching Position
A challenging yet rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced SEN educator at Polaris Education. As a Senior Class Teacher, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality educational programs for students aged 5-18 with complex Special Education Needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons, tailoring content to meet the diverse needs of pupils
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging pupils to engage actively and reach their full potential
- Report on pupil progress, addressing areas of concern and collaborating with colleagues to provide targeted support
- Supervise pupils during non-academic activities, such as extra-curricular events and school trips
- Develop strong relationships with your assigned pupils, driving success and achievement in the classroom

Essential Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Possess a degree-level qualification in a relevant field
- Demonstrate extensive teaching experience, preferably in SEN settings
- Showcase effective behaviour management strategies
- Commit to ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in SEN education
- Agree to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check before starting work

Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £32,500 per annum, rising to £37,000 depending on experience. Additional benefits include company pension, life assurance, and access to an employee discount scheme.
