Our client is a reputable care provider that delivers high-quality, professional, and person-centered services to clients in the community. As a Care Quality Supervisor, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to promote outstanding levels of quality assurance, compliance, and training across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough care and risk assessments for new clients and manage a team of senior care staff to deliver high-quality care services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all clients, including care plans, body maps, and medication competency forms.
- Perform six-monthly QA reviews with clients and implement necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Monitor and support care workers, identifying training needs and highlighting any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Duty Manager to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to CQC inspections and QA inspections by local authority partners, providing evidence and supporting the team.
- Develop strong relationships with social care teams and attend client reviews as necessary.
