About the Role:



We are currently seeking skilled security professionals to join our team at St Mary's Hospital on the Isle of Wight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, its users, and the surrounding area.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Patrolling the site to prevent and detect any potential security threats
  • Maintaining the integrity and security of all buildings, including checking doors and windows
  • Conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Responding promptly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies that may arise


Requirements:




  • SIA Security Guard Licence
  • Previous experience in a security role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
