About You:

To succeed as a Home Admissions Advisor, you will require:

  • A proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Experience building relationships within a local community, demonstrating your ability to connect with potential residents.
  • A full UK driving licence, enabling you to visit new prospects.
  • The ability to engage with potential new residents over the phone, providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
  • Skills to actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities, showcasing your creativity and initiative.
  • Maintaining accurate contacts databases, ensuring seamless communication.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £30,000 - £35,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
