About the Role:

We are seeking a world-class partner leader to drive co-sell with financial services ISV partners and build mind share and adoption of the AWS cloud and GenAI services across some of AWS's most strategic business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include driving sell-with activity with one of our most strategic partners in Financial Services and building C-level, Product Team, Marketing, Field, and Channel relationships. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships with the partner field teams and driving a comprehensive co-sell plan, you will be responsible for increasing top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of partner solutions running on AWS.

About the Team:

The FSI Industry Technology Partner Center of Excellence team works with AWS's most strategic technology partners across banking, capital markets, insurance, and payments. The team is responsible for accelerating customer adoption of partner solutions on AWS and for creating best practices for scaling co-sell success across AWS.

Requirements:

  1. Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  2. Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  3. Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  4. 5+ years of sales and/or partnership experience, preferably within Financial Services
  5. Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  6. Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
  7. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
