About You
We're looking for an experienced AV Engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. Key qualifications include:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Service Desk Engineer, showcasing your technical prowess.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop environments and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with Backup/DRaaS, Azure Active Directory, and networking technologies (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing/Switching).
  • A current and valid UK driving license, enabling you to provide on-site support.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
