About the Role

The Associate Project Manager will play a key role in the localization of video games and related content from Japanese into multiple languages, including French, German, Italian, and Spanish. This position requires excellent coordination and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate localization of video games and other related content, including communicating and coordinating schedules with internal and external partners.
  • Manage and submit glossary terms to internal and external partners.
  • Internal Q&A management.
  • Assist internal teams as necessary, including Localisation Management, Localisation and Marketing teams, etc.

Requirements

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and shifting schedules.
  • Experience in working with a team of translators of multiple languages.
  • Knowledge of French, German, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
  • Knowledge/interest/experience in video games and/or the video game industry is a plus but not essential.
