About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Carriera Limited. As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering multimillion-pound projects from inception to completion, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction projects valuing up to £200 million across various sectors, including life sciences, education, commercial, residential, and leisure.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates to provide mentorship and support to other project managers.
  • Manage your own projects with significant autonomy, while working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to our clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • A property or construction-related degree accredited by RICS.
  • Substantial experience in delivering multimillion-pound projects from inception to completion in a senior capacity.
  • A strong ambition to advance into a partnership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
