About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Spiritual Care Professional to join our team at MHA Westbury Grange care home in Newport Pagnell.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing spiritual support and care to residents, staff, and their families, ensuring that their spiritual needs are addressed.
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive contribution to the lives of older people and to work with a dedicated team who share your values.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of spiritual aspects of ageing and dementia, as well as experience in providing pastoral care and leading services.
You will be an ordained minister or a lay person in good standing with their Christian community, able to lead Christian worship and build good working relationships with local faith communities.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £26,900 per annum, plus benefits including 20 days holiday, life assurance, discount scheme, and access to training courses.
