Job Summary: As a Youth Justice Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young individuals who are involved in the justice system. You will work collaboratively with community resources, families, and other stakeholders to address the underlying causes of offending behavior, reduce recidivism, and promote the successful rehabilitation and reintegration of youth into the community.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of youth involved in the justice system, ensuring each case is handled with care, confidentiality, and professionalism. You will conduct thorough assessments of the youth's needs, risks, and strengths to develop individualized case plans. Additionally, you will provide consistent monitoring and support to ensure compliance with legal requirements and court orders.

The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Criminology, or a related field. They will also have experience working with at-risk youth, preferably within the justice system or similar environments. A strong understanding of the youth justice system, including relevant legislation and diversion programs, is essential. Please note that a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.

This is a contract position until January 2026, with hybrid working arrangements in place. The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 3 days per week from our office based in Bootle, Merseyside.
