Job Title: Expert Social Worker for Child Welfare Cases
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled social worker to join our team at Cafcass Private Law in London. The successful candidate will have a degree in social work and at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience working in a children's team, preferably with court involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the needs, wishes, and feelings of children in child cases.
- Preparing reports for the family court, including background information, key facts, and the child's welfare checklist.
- Working with families and advising the court on the interests, needs, wishes, and feelings of children.
Benefits:
- £40,000 - £55,000 per annum salary range.
