Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support to an individual with Frontal Lobe Damage and Learning Disabilities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and household chores.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the individual's needs, preferences, and goals.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting dignity and autonomy for the individual.
- Full UK Driving License - Essential.
- Social care experience, ideally within mental health, with some experience of supporting individuals with Schizophrenia.
- Experience providing encouragement to a person with complex health needs and Learning Disabilities.
- Experience supporting individuals with behaviours which may be considered challenging.
- Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
- Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
