Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Event Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on external firm and client events. This role involves collaborating with marketing and business development leads to create unique client entertainment opportunities.

About the Role:
The Client Engagement Executive will own the tactical details and execution of client-facing events. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and business development leads, contributing to the creation and execution of events showcasing the firm's legal and industry capabilities, managing event-related quick reference guides, and liaising with Client Development and CRM Teams on list management using InterAction database.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require exceptional EQ and professional interpersonal skills, strong written communication and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and travel as needed, and an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience in professional services, preferably legal.

What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range £40,000 - £60,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and a supportive work environment.
