We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Developer to join our team at W P Recruitment & HR Ltd.
About the Role:This is a temporary position for approximately 9 months, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical solutions to complex problems, working closely with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement planning processes from concept to production using Zero Defect Manufacturing tool suite and lean initiatives.
- Develop and deliver technical support for manufacturing process development and integration for production, including materials, tooling, part fabrication, and assembly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manufacturing Engineering and a professional or degree qualification in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Excellent problem-solving, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Salary: £23.37 per hour worked.
