- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to align business goals with market opportunities and industry trends.
- Identify and pursue new markets, product lines, and distribution channels to drive business growth.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all departments, including supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Implement best practices in procurement, inventory management, and logistics to maintain product quality and availability.
- Monitor and manage financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis, cost control, and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand recognition.
- Negotiate favourable terms with suppliers and ensure a reliable supply chain.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the workwear, PPE, or textiles industries.
- Strong understanding of the UK market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
