Job Summary:

We're looking for a professional Bartender with excellent communication skills to serve our customers with a wide range of beverages and menu items. The ideal candidate will be able to greet customers, learn about their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations. They will also be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and determining their beverage preferences
  • Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails and other drinks
  • Handling cash and credit transactions, including balancing the cash register
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning tables and washing glasses and utensils
  • Developing new cocktail recipes and menus

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-service restaurant operations experience
  • 1+ years of full-service bartending experience
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
  • Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong task and time management abilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
