Job Title: Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our team at The Rubens at the Palace Hotel in London, Victoria. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create magnificent cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service
  • Ensure the bar area and tables are set to the correct standards and remain clean at all times
  • Work across all areas of the bar
  • Prepare drinks, cocktails, and food service
  • Have a strong menu knowledge and be able to make recommendations
