Join Our Team as an Advanced Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced support worker to join our team at Wellington Road, a supported living project for young adults with complex care needs. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals who will be moving into their new home, helping them settle into their new lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team, providing support to individuals with complex care needs. You will be responsible for supporting people to work towards person-centred outcomes, enabling them to develop independence and maintain safety in their home and community.
