Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Climate Change Specialist to join our team at Timely Recruit Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to drive corporate sustainable ESG change and make a lasting impact.

This role involves advising and supporting clients in identifying risks and opportunities related to the impacts of physical climate change and the transition to a low-carbon economy.

You will work closely with our consultancy team of specialist Corporate ESG consultants, Net Zero specialists, and Climate risk Consultants to deliver expert advice and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting climate scenario analysis and financial quantification of transition climate risks and opportunities for clients.
  • Developing comprehensive understanding of risk management frameworks and embedding climate change into the risk management framework, processes, and responsibilities.
  • Supporting clients in setting Net Zero strategies, targets, and developing decarbonization roadmaps.
  • Assessing regulatory frameworks, climate policy, and providing pragmatic ways to implement change in various client businesses.
Requirements
  • 2+ years consulting experience in a relevant work position on topics such as climate strategies, climate risk analysis, and management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services for a wide range of clients.
  • Fluency in English language.
