Husky Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sourcing strategy for a specific commodity group on a global basis for all Husky business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify key stakeholders in NPS related spend globally and build effective strategic relationships to ensure collaborative spend management.
- Develop and lead main strategic sourcing initiatives / strategies, coordinating with other functions.
- Coordinate all contracts with main suppliers and manage supplier scorecards.
- Responsible for delivering on the category strategy and owning necessary outcomes for critical and Operational suppliers.
- Next escalation level beyond Purchasing Team Leader/ Regional Sourcing Manager for supplier issues.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Commodity Manager/Sourcing Manager or equivalent role with strong network globally.
- Focused on delivering exceptional results, knowledge/understanding of the commodities and a demonstrated passionate sense of ownership.
- Experience with formulation of global sourcing strategy and/or creation.
- Technical understanding of the manufacturing processes involved in producing the final commodity parts.
