About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Sheffield office and play a critical role in delivering HR services across the full employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact on the business and contribute to the company's mission to be an employer of choice.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide HR guidance and support to key stakeholders, including managers and employees. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR solutions that drive business outcomes and support the delivery of the People strategy.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR solutions that drive business success
- Provide expert HR guidance to designated client groups across the business
- Support managers in effectively managing and developing their people
- Contribute to the delivery of the People strategy and HR calendar

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
