Job Title: Student Support Officer - London

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Support Officer to join our team in London. As a Student Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our students, ensuring they have a positive and productive experience with our company.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 6 weeks commitment. You will be working closely with our team to provide timely and effective support to students, responding to queries via various channels, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to student queries in a timely and professional manner, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and provide guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support to students, escalating complex issues to the appropriate manager when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, using our systems to track and update student data.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products, ensuring compliance and providing accurate information to students.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, responding to emergency situations and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • A genuine interest in helping customers and providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of handling high volumes of queries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to multitask, work quickly and calmly under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Positive, responsive, and approachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
