Glowmade Ltd is seeking a talented Senior Rendering Engineer to join our team and help us push the boundaries of real-time graphics. As a key member of our code team, you will work closely with our Art Director to deliver stunning visual effects and pipeline technology.

We're a small but efficient team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Our goal is to create immersive experiences that inspire and delight our players. If you're passionate about real-time graphics and have a strong technical background, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance graphics pipelines
  • Develop and optimize shaders for our close-to-the-metal engine
  • Collaborate with our Art Director to deliver on the game's visual direction
  • Contribute to the development of our game engine and tools

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Rendering Engineer
  • Deep love of real-time graphics and performance tuning
  • Strong technical background and intuition to the 'what' and 'why'
  • Ability to work closely with our Art Director and other team members
